Welcome to Salty Air House, a modernized Cape Cod vacation rental which has been transformed into a comfortable high-end escape.

The home is equipped with handicap accessible features, is a little over one mile from Smugglers beach, Bass River and just a block away from a calm freshwater pond with beach.
We provide all linens, beach gear, bikes and plethora of classic board games, over 50 dvd's and various adult & children's books and Smart TV’s throughout the house with “Blast” Internet for all of your streaming and WiFi needs.
If you like eating seafood, playing mini golf, trying some of the best homemade ice cream after a day at the beach, then look no further, because we are in walking distance to it al!

Our large beautiful open-concept kitchen and dining room has ample seating and lots of space for your groceries. If you decide to stay-in and cook, use our brand new appliances or brand new gas grill. There are two supermarkets within walking distance along with a weekly farmers market just down the road. We supply all the items you need to cook comfortably from spices to a fully stocked coffee bar.
BEACH-IT
We are a full-service vacation rental that is just a little over a mile walk/drive to the Nantucket Sound beaches and waves. We are a stone throw away from Long Pond, Wings Grove Beach as well. We provide everything from beach toys, towels, chairs, an umbrella, a beach buggy, and a cooler. All you need is your swim suit! We even have two Beach Cruisers!
OUTDOOR LIVING
One of the nicest features at Salty Air is the ability to take your living outside. Enjoy our massive deck overlooking the pond where there is always a slight breeze on those hot summer days. Shower in our oversized outdoor shower. Have lunch alfresco at our high-end 6 place dining table. Retract the 14' awning out and take a nap in the chaise lounge. Enjoy our brand new 14’ circular patio plus Fire pit!
